to share tips motivation ect, want to get back to where I was 6 months ago, a healthy 2 stone lighter, with lean muscle and curves not the podgy barrel I am right now.

    Cheers yes I know I can,, one determined woman here, trying to not overdo things lol as I still think I can do at the gym what I could before and I can't right now, frustrating but don't wanna end up injuring myself in the process
    And want this horrible fat that s one my body GONE GONE GONE

    Trying to loose 1 kg per week. Nothing special, just no crisps, reduced the chocolate intake ( very hard) and other items with redicoulous calorie count. Even started the gym for lean muscle ( we will see!!)
