Overeating/Accountability at Night

Starting around 5pm I lose it and want to eat more than I should. Is there anyone else who has experienced this and overcome the hunger? How?

How many calories have you already had by 5 PM? What types of food are you eating - have you eaten enough fullness enhancing foods?

Thank you kshama ... I will check into that link and also look back over my records. Also I have been bad about revording what I eat. I see the connection so I will be better about it and then come back to this question again.0
