Ok so I am trying to lose the fat that I have probably like most people on here. I am eating healthy foods every day, and exercising about 5 days a week sometimes 6. I have trouble netting the 1770 calories a day that the plan on here tells me to eat, especially after I burn 400 to 500 in cardio that I do in 30 minutes or so. What else can I eat that will give me a moderate amount of calories without being crapy food like a sugary gatorade or fatty fries?

beef jerky is a pretty healthy snack. it gives you a bunch of protein, and is very low in fat & calories.

For men the minimum is 1500 so try not to go below that. Looks like in your case you have to eat some of your calories back.

You just ahve to see what works for you and change it up if you are not losing weight.

Good Luck, We know you can do it!

I have become a fan of syntrax nectar protein drink. It has 100 calories for a full scoop and 24 grams of protein with 0 carbs and 0 fat. It is an easy way to get your calories with out going over on carbs and fat. I have been experimenting with adding fresh frozen fruit. I love it! sometimes I add a little pb2 (powder peanut butter)
  • Yea I don't need any more protein or carbs really eating the right amount for carbs and to much for protein but just need some empty calories.
