I would like to have a caloric and food plan for my keto diet that is dependable. Can anyone help?

Look in the Groups for Low Carb Daily and Keto groups. Set macros to 5C / 25P / 70F and 1300 cals for starters, for more advice you'll need to provide more data.

if you are actually cutting on 1300cals you've lost your goddamn mind.
find out your caloric need and go in a 200-400 deficit.

Why 1300 calories for starters? That seems like really arbitrary advice to someone when you don't know anything about their stats.

That's a typical level of food intake for ad-lib ketogenic eaters.

Google "ankerl keto calculator." Input your stats and it will tell you what your macro gram totals should look like and estimated calorie limits.

What do you mean by dependable? For weight loss? For health?
