Is there anyway to see the MFP's database for exercises listed? I have found Cleaning-general and Gardening... But can't seem to find other exercises, such as Building, etc. Does anyone know how to see the database of possibilities? Thanks, Betsy

Sometimes you have to create your own exercise - "building" might just be a case in point. If cleaning, gardening, building comprises a regular portion of your day, you might also consider to set your profile to a higher activity level, which gives you a more generalized calorie adjustment throughout the week, rather than logging every single activity.0

Use the Web version and navigate to EXERCISE > Database.
Use the drop down arrow next to "...or choose an exercise below:" to see an alphabetical list of exercises.
Note that both Cardiovascular exercises, that provide estimated Calories burned, and Strength Training exercises, that do not provide estimated Calories burned, are comingled in the list.
