My name's Sarah and I'm a 20-year old student. I recently began eating healthier foods and exercising regularly in hopes of losing some weight and toning up. When I stumbled across this site on another message board I thought it would be a great way to keep me on track!

Hi, I just started today too. However, I'm 52 and have gained 30 lbs this last year due to injury. So now that things have finally healed its time to get back on the right track again. Anyone with any helpful recipes or suggestions please feel free.0
