I am looking to get back into my fitness regimen, feel healthy and have more energy. I am starting tomorrow with a.m workouts before work. This is going to be difficult for me being I am not a morning person. But I'm pushing my limits Any suggestions on how to prep for those of you who do this, please share!

As a morning exerciser, i suggest you give yourself a few minutes after waking up before you really start to hit it. Whether it be a warm up or just some down time, do roll out of bed and expect to hit it hard.0

Seems to work for me if i just get up, drink some water, get dressed immediately in my workout clothes, and head out within 5 minutes. Probably stuff you already know, though.0
