Hi I'm new to losing weight. I want to lose just over a stone. I'm starting gym this week and am so nervous!!

    It can be done just remember to start slow at the gym. I tell myself I didn't put the weight on overnight and its not coming off overnight. Don't beat yourself up if you break your meal plan one day. Just say tomorrow is a new start I can and will do this.
