If anyone has ever had a bipass or sleeve surgery I am interested in hearing your story I also have a few questions

    I had vertical sleeve gastrectomy back on May 9th 2014, what would you like to know?

    On March 24, 2015 I went in to surgery at 300lbs to have a Gastric Bypass. Best thing I have ever done for myself. As of this morning I'm at 245lbs and niot stopping there.

    Its nice to hear Heather you are happy with your decision I don't see its necessary to do surgery unless the last option for some reason Anybody can lose weight by good diet and regular exercise
