Doing the job I do I unfortunately haven't the time to eat lunch (I on the go all day) so I have a big breakfast that consists of bread which keeps me full most the day then I rush home to a big dinner

I eat a chocolate bar for lunch and a fizzy sugary drink for *lunch* I do this instead of something healthy because the sugar gives me a boost of energy that I need unlike fruit e.g. A apple and bottle of water

What's a healthy on the go alternative I can eat and drink that will give me energy with such a big gap between breakfast and dinner! Thanks for your help! Mc

Make sandwiches or wraps. You can eat them in a minute or two and pack them with all the carbs, fats or proteins that you want.

If you've got time for a chocolate bar, you've got time for a sandwich, protein bar etc etc

I mix 1 cup of milk with 1-2 cups water, 2 scoops vanilla protein and half a serving of BCAA's with caffeine. This is my go to quick hit that's full of protein, sustaining energy and is very satiating. And you can easily change the flavors of the protein and BCAA's to your liking.

I have the same problem and keep a Quest Protein bar in my locker at work for the days that I just can't get away for lunch.

Find something quick that's not candy and candy for a meal. :)

PS: If you ate a big apple, it would have roughly the same grams of sugar as the candy bar.
