I've currently been in the same journey my whole life. I'm naturally thin and constanly struggle with not loosing weight when I have a lot on my plate(not literally, it's ironic I know). In January of 2014 I was 96 lbs. keep in mind I am a mother, 5'5", and I knew I needed to get it together. I gained weight but for all that year I was a stuck in 115 lbs and it didn't look too good. I began working out this year, eating fairly clean and also added smaller portions.I was scared that I would loose weight again but instead I gained weight. I am now 127 and i couldn't be happier. I'm still trying to gain weight as long as it's muscle

    I’ve always been thin, and now I have hyperthyroidism, so that makes it worse. Congratulations on gaining some weight!
