Hi all, I've been using MFP since Jan and so far I've lost 20lb of the 60lb goal I've set myself. I set myself a 1lb a week target as I want to relearn my relationship with food and I know If I restrict myself too much I'll get fed up and quit, however the problem I have now is I'm dissatisfied with my slow progress. I'm finding it hard to see the positives. I am concentrating on what I can't do or haven't achieved rather than the 20lbs gone already or the fact that for the first time ever I'm running, having completed 2 5k races and currently training for a 4mile race. I hope by adding some friends on here that it might encourage me to push onwards and maybe I can encourage others along the way. Starting weight 210LBS, current weight 189.2lbs Goal 150lbs.
