good morning,
I am 31 and have 150+ lbs to lose.
I have a lot of hard work ahead of me.
My wife and I have been CW reenactors for 12 years and have done some 1812 and colonial events as well. I am starting to get back into the SCA.
Looking to friends to help me stay motivated.

Hi, GerritKing - I think that the beginning is the worst part. Once you really get going, and you get used to being on a plan, I found that it gets much easier. And you start to feel so much better from healthy eating.
And when the numbers on scale starts going down down down - it's so great!
I see that you're from LA - so you have access to so many good veggies. Start substituting rice and potatoes for okra and green beans!
All the best to you!0 -
thank you.0
