Although I'm not crazy about how every program seems to do their share of shameless product promotion, the programs themselves, the articles, and the community are all pretty solid. It's a great platform to gain knowledge, and get motivated!

    I signed up for it a long time ago, but didn't start to actually use it until April this year. Anyway, my user name is the same there as it is here (also the same name I use on PumpUp).

    Nope, it's free! Like I said, some of the programs will try to pull the whole "you can't get results without MY supplements" but other than that, it's a pretty good resource!
