When ever I lose track, I just go on YouTube and watch my inspirational fitness people to get my motivation back up. You got this!0

Thanks.. I watched some Cris Jones and Christian Guzman vids. Before my workout this morning and It help me get motivated. It is a day by day journey. Come to far to give up.0
