Dinner ideas?
hey everyone! I'm having a hard time deciding on what to make tonight for dinner. I'm trying to make something new if anyone can give me a recipe I would really appreciate it! I just started working out and being on a diet a week ago so I have difficulty finding good healthy things to cook.
P.s. I'm not a picky eater. I love everything.

There are a number of online recipe sites that cater to lower calorie cooking. eatingwell.com, cookinglight.com and skinnytaste.com are good. Sites like allrecipes.com food.com also have "healthy" or low calorie sections.0

skinnytaste.com is a great site!! Also, remember that you should not eliminate any food from your diet, just make sure it fits in your calorie goals for the day0

This is purely personal preference. I'm guessing the point is that you don't have to eliminate specific foods. But, you can eliminate foods if you like.0 -
Pinterest is a great site when I'm feeling like trying something new.0

Last night we bbq'd chicken cutlets, lamb kabobs, and kabobs of mini peppers, red onions, and mushrooms. We also grilled ears of corn.
Tonite it's meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green salad.
Tuesday it's baked chicken with sweet potatoes and green salad. Wednesday, unless we have leftovers, I'll make a baked eggplant parmigiane and serve it with probably the leftover potatoes and salad.
I try to make a varied menu each week; last week we had fresh fish on Tuesday, along with Sunday's BBQ and Monday's Indian Chicken.0 -

Funny. Tonight for me is meatloaf, mashed potato latkes, and green beans.
And let me second cookinglight.com. It's a go-to resource for me...0 -
