Nutritional tips

i need some new friends for nutrition tips and ideas. I haven't been eating much because of some personal issues. I'm starting to feel weak and forgetful. I have been walking,jogging then joined a gym to get my mind off of it but to anxious to eat a full meal. I want to slowly start taking charge. Do I eat protiens?

    Breathe. That's the first step. You don't need to eat a "meal".

    Start with considering a meal as a large amount of something not so fearful for you could be two items in it--that doesn't matter girl. Maybe a low calories and no fat food. What doesn't make you anxious and what are you fear foods?

    If you cannot eat meals, eat frequent snacks throughout the day: cheese sticks, Krab sticks, nuts, peanut butter and crackers, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, rolled up deli meats like turkey or ham.
