Has anyone figured out how to log your exercise if you do crossfit workouts everyday?

No, I don't think the exersise diary is the best. Even if you're doing a more traditional bodybuilding routine. I don't use it0

Either log it as circuit training, high impact aerobics, weight lifting, or calisthenics depending on the WOD0

That's about what I was doing! Logging as calisthenics ( push ups- sit-ups ) vigorous intensity! Doesn't give me anything for squaring with weight ( I'd did 10x10 back squats today #85 ) it only gives a Calorie deficit for the calisthenics? Do you feel the totals are about correct? Around 350-400 cals for 45-60 mins?0

Good question. I don't log any of my strength workouts, no matter how intense. I've been logging my xfit workouts as a slow jog but subtracting 5 min. In short I'm likely getting a major calorie deficit from it, but I'm impatient.0

I log as circuit training for however many mins and round down to the closest minute0

The fitbits work good, but make sure it has a heart rate monitor.0
