I love plain greek yogurt and always have it handy. I eat it as a snack and stir in fruit n chia seeds. I sub for mayo, add various seasonings to use as a dip and I have used it to marinade boneless skinless chicken breasts.

I also buy flavored yogurts at times as well.

Cannon 80 calorie cherry or raspberry chocolate yogurt. I add fresh raspberries and 9 grams of pecan bits. Sometimes I add Go Lean cereal.
So good that I'm not sure if it is lunch or dessert.

I like yogurt. Astro balkan coconut, Astro balkan plain, or Iogo probio plain. If it's plain I usually eat it with berries

Plain Greek yogurt, 2% - 4% fage or chobani, mixed with granola, sometimes walnut, always fruit - berries, banana, peach, or some combination.

I love yogurt. I'm thinking about making my own because I love projects like that, but currently mostly eat Fage plain (2% or 0%). I mix in berries or use it as a dip for fruits or veggies. I occasionally buy full fat regular yogurt from a local farm that sells at my green market, and like that Siggi skyr stuff. Sometimes I buy flavored ones from TJ's too.

Chobani Flips greek yogurt. They taste like dessert, but have at least 12 grams of protein! One for breakfast satisfies me until lunch time.

I like the taste of yogurt, as long as it's not plain yogurt. I don't do bitter, so it has to be flavored with something for me to enjoy it.

However, I don't find yogurt filling unless I eat a crap load of it. I think it's something you eat for taste, not satiety. If I have the macros to spare, sure, but if I'm actually hungry, yogurt isn't what I'm going to eat.

I prefer non Greek yogurt, but I eat the Greek because it has fewer carbs and more protein.

There is zero fiber in yogurt, unless you add some form of fiber to it. Do you mean probiotics?

There is fiber in Greek yogurt. Both of the brands that I eat contain 5 and 6 grams of fiber.

Hubby and I picked up Kefir this weekend and I used it to make refrigerator oats, pancakes, and a smoothie.

I always have Greek yogurt on hand and it has replaced milk in my diet.

I prefer to use plain yogurt (not Greek) for making refrigerator oats because the final consistency is more pleasing (I find the Greek too thick unless I water it down, and what's the point of that?).

For plain yogurt I like Dannon's Plain 100 calorie (225 grams & comes in a four serving container) with either protein powder or cereal.

For actual singe serve cups I like the Yoplait Greek 100 Whips (these are so good), the Dannon Light & Fit 80 calorie, & the Dannon Triple Zero.

Yum! I used to dislike the Greek but now I really enjoy Yoplait Greek 100. Also there is a great low fat ranch style dip called Otria that is wonderful with raw veggies or as a dressing.
