Hi Jessica...Just getting started myself...I go up and down on the scale all the time, I just found this site and I am going to stay on track, I don't have plans on standing on the scale everyday but I do look at the long run of it all...What i can weigh by the next summer. I don't know how to add friends on here yet, So, You are welcome to add me0

Well, my first advice is not to throw money away on expensive, potentially harmful MLM junk like herbalife. Count calories and macros while eating normal foods that you weigh and measure so you know exactly how many calories you are actually eating. Think of all the wholesome lean meats and veggies you could buy for the money that herbalife costs. You gained it back because using these herbalife items did not teach you healthy eating habits for life.0

@ nsliva27, i gained the weight back because when i moved back to san angelo, i didnt stick to my workouts and herbalife, i started to snack unhealthy all the time, alot of people say that i met the man of my dreams and got comfortable with him, so i let myself go again, they would say "love makes you fat" lol
@monique, i was told if you want to track your weight, than step on a scale once a week, and weigh yourself naked first thing when you wake up after you go to the bathroom, i will add you, be looking for my request, good luck
@gothchiq, i understand where you are coming from with your advice, but i have tried many diets, and herbalife is the only thing that has ever worked for me, and it really isnt that expensive, its $80 a month to cover two meals a day for a month, and it did teach me good eating habbits, i just didnt stick to them. i will keep the wholesome lean meats and veggies in mind for my one meal a day, but i am sticking to herbalife as well, thank you for your advice.0 -
OK. In the final analysis, u are an adult and u decide what u want to do. Can I just ask if you ran it by your doctor to make sure the ingredients were safe for u?0
