Hi guys,

I need a new snack. I keep eating chocolate which isn't so great and I need new ideas.

At the moment I can't eat soy, garlic, peanuts (or else it would be peanut butter) and dairy is at a minimum.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Popcorn, more specifically kettle-corn or caramel flavored.

I just ate a Chobani Flip - Chocolate Haze Craze (chocolate yogurt, hazelnuts and chocolate chips). It was 250 cals and 12 g protein, but really tasty. Nothing wrong with chocolate though, I usually fit in a square of Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel either after lunch or at night with my wine...

They have a salted caramel pretzel one which is actually my favorite. Also key lime with white chocolate chips and graham cracker pieces. I really like them!

If you have issues with lactose you could try some of the dairy free ice creams. Amy's, So Delicious, Lactaid, & Silk all have some kind of dessert options.

If you don't have an issue with Cashews So Delicious just introduced a Cashew Ice Cream line.

Noosa yogurt has a lot of calories but is very tasty.

Do you have issues with Hazelnuts? If not then Jif released two new flavors of their Hazelnut spreads in Cheesecake & Cookies & Cream & I usually put them on rice cakes or pita bread. Lotus cookie spread in crunchy & creamy is also very good.

There's a protein bar I really like called power crunch or something like that. It's really good, especially their new flavor salted caramel. There are a lot of ice cream lookalikes that contain coconut cream and/or rice as a substitute. I also love love love Kozy Shack rice pudding. It does have dairy. I am constantly eating dark chocolate. It has chemicals in it that replace the "in love" feelings, and i need all the love i can get.

Fiber one brownies are delicious and 90 calories. They are full of fiber, so test them out when you will be home. Special K brownies are much smaller, but are 80 calories and are super yummy.
