Hey there! I'm having a difficult time sticking to a healthy diet. I always hit my calories goal but I always make sure I leave points for sweets. HELP. I am a chronic cancer patient and I'm on prednisone which I'm sure doesn't help lol. But any insight would be great. B)

    Give it a week on healthy foods..veggies. lean meats, clean eating. I did that any my sweet tooth vanished/ Drink almost a gallon of water.

    Thank you both! I started fresh on Monday and I've been doing really well! Even lost 2 pounds! I started drinking more water so thank you @topathemorning ! And thank you so much @Jean8595 that means a lot! xx
