Hi everyone! Im just getting started doing BBG and so far i love it! Its a great workout, but im fearful of not seeing visible results. I recently just did Way of Gray, which was also a killer workout but havent seen many results
Im trying not to get discouraged and am still hopeful that this program will do it for me. Im 5'0 about 100 lbs and have some fat to lose in my stomach area!
Just yesterday i tried logging calories for the first time and i am a bit concerned thinking im not eating enough (especially with working out) and am thinking of upping my calories.... i ate about 1200 yesterday +BBG (with an extra 7 min. ab circuit) +LISS. I didnt realize how little i was eating!!! (im sure i eat this low more often than i realize!!)
I think i will up it to 1500 and see if that helps shed the fat off.....
Any tips, advice, suggestions, experience, etc. would be awesome!

Thanks!

I too am getting ready to restart BBG (2) it's a great workout. Feel free to add me. I'd love to have some friends for support/motivation.
Have you used an online calculator to figure your TDEE? I'm 5'8" at 128lbs and have a TDEE of 1887. With a 20% deficit I need 1510 calories0 -
Sorry, not much help. I'm just amazed at both of your tiny weights! Where is this fat you speak of??
If anything, I'd drop the cardio and start lifting weights.0 -
HeY did anyone find day 1 really hard when they first started?0

It seems like you have a good weight for your height. Therefore I would recommend eating at maintenance rather than a deficit.
I don't know what the Kayla Itsines workout entail, but for your goal I'd suggest strength training. Check out these threads:
