I don't get how to use this app, I've wrote what I've just had for dinner (egg salad) it's asking me how many calories etc. I don't know what to do from there ;(

    Options
    Search the database for egg salad and it'll give you choices for egg salad. Or if it was store bought just scan it with the Barcode reader. :) good luck
