What's the best and fast way to tone your stomach ??

Yep yep. Eat less/better, move more & be patient.
To the OP: I know it can be frustrating waiting for results. I don't recommend this long term, but my go to 'quick fix' if I have an event or something on the weekend (for example: this weekend is 4th of July and I'll most likely end up in a bathing suit at some point) is to limit foods that are notorious to cause bloating for a day or two beforehand. Carbonated drinks, gum, artificial sugars are easy to nix. But there are also a lot of foods like broccoli, cabbage, beans, etc. that are good for you (and staples on our menu) so I wouldn't (and couldn't) cut those out long term. But it could temporarily flatten your stomach just a bit to be a nice little confidence boost.0 -
