Hey all! My name is Ashley. I have a 7 month old and I am finally getting down to serious business to lose this weight. My self confidence is lacking tremendously. None of my clothes fit well, but I refuse to go buy new, bigger clothes. Pre pregnancy I was about 175-180(not where I wanted or needed to be anyway!!) and got up to 215 before delivery. I ate awful during my pregnancy. Let's just say I craved lucky charms, purple Fanta, and Chips Ahoy. Everyone would always say "oh, eat what you want. Eat more--you're eating for 2!" Well, I'm definitely going to be stricter on myself next pregnancy and try to workout as long as I can throughout. At the dr's office last week I was 202. As of yesterday, I'm down to 197. Counting calories and trying to run/walk with the jogging stroller. Goal weight is 155lb. (I'm 5'6"). I'm so ready to feel better about myself. I'm 28 and don't want to feel this way ever again!
