lap band removal..... anyone else?

Hi everyone. My band is being removed next week. I am terrified i will gain my weight back. Has anyone had theirs removed? How were you after? I am going to try and maintain with mfp. Would love a buddy. :)

    Hi. I am having mine removed on July 8th also. Good luck with yours too. Don't worry, just keep eating as if you still had it in you.
