Hello All..I am new and just wanted to see how fitness pal is working for everyone...

    i like seeing others working hard and posting diary and burns, it motivates me. I also like the social aspect, seeing others progress and feeling motivated by them. Moral support and encouragement are very helpful for me.

    I really like it! It helps me to see what I've eaten and what I have 'left'... though I have learned to guess and use some of the other items that are already entered, as I don't have time to calculate everything myself. I try to finalize the day so I can see what I would weigh if I kept up THAT day (not that everyday is the same). I've been on here for awhile, but just starting to branch out to see what else there is on here! :smiley: Good Luck!

    Hi, it works if I stick to it. My motivation fuels my drive. I can be motivated to ride my bike and elliptical for hours or be motivated to build a beer can mountain.
