how many cups is 1 litre of water?

can anyone ans what the title says, also how much would a cup be equivalant to in salad etc, any help would be really grateful x

well with water 1 liter is about 4 cups (1 liter is 33 oz or so and 1 cup is 8 oz so 8 X 4 = 32 thus 1 liter = 4 cups)
but how to calculate salad volumes, not sure, with solid food its usually a weight measurement, not a volume measurement.0 -
1 cup is roughly 250ml.
So 4 cups = 1 litre!0 -
