Thank you - it is so depressing to have to fight the fight all over again - 9 years ago I took 22months
to go from 122lbs to 142, which I maintained until April of 2014, when heart procedures, fibramyalgia, bursitis and osteoarthritis made my coming into my 60th year a living hell, and despite my best efforts, I have piled on 50lbs! ARG!!!! I have heard this is a good way to try to lose it, so am determined to fight my way to my goal, hopefully within the next year. What's your story?

I was in decent shape until I graduated high school (I am 25 now). Then I piled on all the weight. Gained 50 lbs freshman year and then another 20 the next year and the year after until I got to 330 lbs by the time I was 21. Started dieting, got down to 274, then it all fell apart. I have basically been yo-yoing for the better part of a decade.

A lot of very personal things happened to me this year though that got me to mature. Now I am very serious about my weight loss. I started again on 3/16 and have lost 50.4 lbs so far in 106 days. I eat about 6 times a day. Usually 150 to 200 calories each time. Drink a lot of water (8-13 cups) and try and do some light cardio and strength training several tiems a week.

I still have a long way to go though. I started at 321, I'm not 270, and my goal is 160. I'll add you :)

Thank you for adding me! I think my age puts me in a minority group, however I am determined to
attain a comfortable weight. ideally I am aiming for 135, but in reality, 145 is probably more realistic.
You truly are on a very inspiring path, and I think perhaps I should try your 6 times a day method, and
hopefully it will get me moving in the right direction. My east European diet seems to be too high in
sodium which I am trying to modify. Keep up the great work!
