Good morning. Recently hit the 257 pound mark and at 66 that was scary. Picked up a VivoFit and my daughter a personal trainer introduced me to this program. As of this morning, I have been able to drop down to 248 since the 6th. Mainly monitoring what I am eating and when the weather clears, out riding my recumbent trike. Concerned I am not getting enough protein in my foods. The challenge is to get down to 220 or 215 by April.

U want to get ur protein and, at least in my case, spread it out throughout the day but I'm sure ull make it man I've been in ur shoes I weighed 200 about 2 months or so after I was taken off the football team injury related but I've managed to drop it all
have faith and keep to the routine that works
