According to Dr. Oz - these 3 supplements are good for "fat burning". Has anyone used these? Any pros/cons/tips/advice?
1. Apple Pectin
2. Grape Seed extract
3. Forskolin

Only one I've heard of is forskolin. I know bodybuilders use it, I wanna say they think it boosts test levels. Not certain tho.

I've never heard of any of these as fat burning supplements, so I'll be interested to hear more answers as well.0

Crack or crystal meth will really boost your weight loss.
No miracles, people. Hard work.0 -

Hahahahaha, great answer.
If the supplements do help burn fat it will be a negligible amount. Otherwise, everyone would take them as a quick fix diet pill. I am sure it won't hurt to take them, but I would rather keep the money in my pocket, not the pocket of Dr. Oz.0 -
Yeah, I'm limiting calories, increasing exercise. I'm not looking for a miracle, just a dietary supplement. And, I'm ordering supplements and vitamins from Amazon, not Dr. Oz.0

Lol yes you are?
Ephedrine is really the only "fat burner" that's EVER been proven to work. They banned that. Want to know why? Besides it being a very important component in crystal meth it was being heavily abused and highly addictive. Any of the "supplements" that guarantee fat loss are just speed, basically. Theyll amp you up so you don't feel as ****ty from not eating because that's all they can do: suppress appetite.
I took the crap in the past so I'm not speaking from an ivory tower. Go ahead and take whatever you want, but you're damn near positive to fail because it's a sign of not wanting to really put the work in. Another quick fix.

I read in a blog on here a while back some great advice, about how important the quality of your nutrition was. Don't waste money on fit-flops, or toning sneakers, or other unnecessary supplements, or pills that wont work. Instead use that money towards excellent quality foods.0

Word!! and same here. I hate that i was ever on the stuff and if you could just take something than the workout would just be driving to go get it and saving the money to pay for it. I say kill it at the gym and chill at the table! We will all get results that way.0 -
A little off topic but I had to double take when I read the word "Forskolin".
Forskólinn means "the preschool" in Icelandic. :P0 -
