I need some help!

Hello! My name is Dannie and I'm from Arizona. Recently I've been getting on track with diet and exercise, after 2 years of battling mental and physical illnesses. Its been hard on me becauseiI'm a full time online student and a full time stay at home mom. Now that I am able to get up off my butt to be active, I'd like to get things rolling. I don't have much motivation here at home, which is why I'm turning to my community for some support and butt kicking motivation!! Please please please shoot me a message or something and let me know I'm not alone. That's what I really need right now.

    you're definitely not alone, I just started today myself and looking for friends to get motivated.

    Hi Dannie, welcome to MFP! Diet and exercise is a great tool to help you feel better and in control of things! If one of us could take motivation and bottle it, we would all be rich!

    The first day is the hardest...just keep on tracking your food, reading posts, and searching the boards for motivation. I love the success stories...those are always motivating!

    I'm not new to MFP, my sister turned me onto it a few years ago, I have just had a hard time keeping up with it and such. I'm bad at this, but I want to start and never quit! Thanks so much @suruda , that was helpful :)
