I don't have any reduced calorie mayo and don't want to waist 105 calories on 15mls of mayo so what else can I mix through my tuna so it wont be so dry.

plain yogurt, or mashed cottage cheese? Or mix regular mayo with mustard, maybe?

Vinegar or low calorie fat free salad dressing, like basalmic vinegarette etc.

plain greek yogurt or low fat ranch dressing. or my favorite, hot sauce :)
  • splash of balsamic, small splash of olive oil, squeeze the juice out of a slice of lemon and mix it all together!

I agree with plain greek yogurt - it is delicious as a mayonaise substitute

Laughing Cow Cheese. I especially like the swiss and one wedge is enough for a can of tuna.
