Hi there. Oops, I recently posted on this and my message disappeared. At least I got in a friendly hello! o:) I'm hoping for some weight loss tips and also for strengthening my core and butt! B) Finding it difficult to shed those last few pounds so I would be extremely grateful for any exercise or nutrition tips you guys have! Hope to hear from some of you soon <3
