YEY!! off to silverstone for the F1GP this weekend. I know we will be doing lots of walking, and there will no doubt be a bit of partying / dancing in the evenings. I can't really keep putting map my run on and off to see how far/pace I've walked, and I don't have a fit bit or similar. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can track??

Hmmm, maybe change your activity level to 'very active' for the weekend?0

Hadn't thought of that..... calories would be increased and I wouldn't have to record activity.... Thanks x0
