    You have to feel so much better. I always imagine a 10pd bag of potatoes and compare that to the weight lost. Can you believe you have LOST 10 bags.... what a load off your body.

    I haven't done it yet but in your original text box or the comment box, there is a drop down menu with a piece of paper icon....click on that and the option to post an image is in there.
