I just got my Fitbit Charge HR yesterday and i'm looking for some Fitbit and MyFitnesspal friends that looking go through this journey with me. I'm in for the long road and I got more than 100 pounds to lose. So it will take hard work, dedication and motivation to get to where I need to be. I'm tried of making excuses for myself on why I shouldn't go to the gym or not eating the right meals. I'm ready to get on the right track, but it takes one day at a time. Let's be friends and get to our goals, no matter how big or small.
