The challenge

So here I am, at work, sitting at my desk. I'm not hungry, but....I want to taste something. Those vending machines around the corner, the cafeteria 50 yards away, website delivery, so many temptations.
I have resisted them all for 3 days, but it's a constant nagging. Any ideas, or encouragement would be so welcome right now. I need help.

Have a massive glass of water or maybe a small low cal lolly? Are you craving sweet or savoury. Beef jerky is cool too

Good suggestions. Thank you. had a yogurt, and water. I'm going to try and get into a routine of packing healthy food to bring to work. I love salad but will only eat it from home, bit of a germ-a-phobe.

When those feelings hit I drink a cold glass of water, chew a piece of gum or get up and walk around to hopefully get my mind off the cravings.

I agree with the others who have already responded. Often times when I find myself snacking too much it's normally because I haven't had enough water.

Thank you for the advice. I'm learning a lot from others on this site and I really appreciate the support!
