Going to College

I'm starting college in 6 weeks, and I'm struggling to keep myself on a steady diet now. I'll be really good for 4/5 days and then totally go crazy, and I can't help myself. I'm already trying to lose weight (I've lost about 10lbs), and I'm afraid of that freshman 15. HELP. I currently weight like 150-152 and my goal weight is 120-125 (5'6).
