    All of them.

But especially brownies, peanut butter, cookies, ice cream, peanut butter M&Ms, and snickers (if all of my other macros are met).

Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. My bulking "cheat meals" used to be higher in carbs, but since I switched to ice cream which has a higher fat ratio it's definitely resulted in far less blood sugar spikes; after eating an entire pint I'm not nauseous, lethargic, or uncomfortably full, even. Plus they have so many flavors out there I love trying them! My more recent ones I tried were Cinnamon Buns (which I wasn't really impressed with to be honest, far too sweet and not enough mix ins to keep it exciting) and the Red Velvet (which I LOVED and didn't expect to be as good as it was, the ice cream base was delicious while the cake pieces were still soft despite being surrounded by ice cream and it was an incredibly flavorful, balanced, indulgent experience). I can't wait to try their Phish Food next!

    So much this.

But I'm a big fan of bacon double-cheeseburgers helping the cause.

    No. I'm like marmite personally.

But I do like the stuff. It's shockingly low-cal though, you'd have to eat an eff-tonne of it to be effective as a massgainer!
