Trying to lose baby weight, and then some

Hi all!
I just started using this app today, hoping that if I see what I'm doing it'll help me stick to it. I need to lose quite a bit. I had a baby nine months ago, and need to lose that weight, and some I gained from a medicine I was taking. Now that I'm off that med, I'm hoping it will be easier to lose. Time for exercise comes in 20 minute increments, what with a baby to care for all day, but I guess 20 minutes here and there is better than nothing.

I'm hoping seeing others doing the same will spur me on!

    You are going to do it! If you can, check out the Denise Austin 12 minute workouts and go from there! You could try to squeeze 2 of them in! I'm a mom of 2 and totally understand where you are coming from! Walks with the babes are awesome and a good way to bond! Friend me if you'd like! :)
