HI my name is Michelin I'm trying to loose 30 pounds I used to run but now that I got older I stop doing it n I feel like if I have no energy can anybody help me on what to eat to get the strength and energy I also want to do Zumba Thanks

    What is your weight loss rate that you chose when you set your goals? Perhaps you are trying to lose too fast and restricting yourself too much. I feel weak and dizzy when I don't eat enough to fuel my workouts.

    What's your daily calorie goal? What's your current height/weight and age?

    At least 1200 I'm 5,2 and weigh 153
