Herbalife will give you no results. It is ineffective.

Eating at a calorie deficit is effective.

If you're not in a calorie deficit, you'll never see results.

Herbalife and Zumba alone have no effect.

Herbalife doesn't do the work for you.

Do you use a food scale to weigh all food you consume?

I'm revising my answer...it will take as long as it takes for you to realize you should stop handing your hard earned money over to a scam artist and simply eat less food and exercise more.

Losing weight shouldn't cost money. Instead it should save you money because you're eating less.

Omg thank you guys. Yes my husband says the same thing . he says to him this is just a waste of money. But I wanted to give it a shot. I'm a little disappointed because I have really been doing what I was told to or at least what I have seen its best. I replace two meals with the shakes and eat one healthy meal . I for sure do 30 minutes of zumba midday and every time I get I do jumping jacks etc throughout the day. I'm going to finish the product because I already put the money in to buying it. But I still have a little hope.

    All you need to do:
Enter your information into MFP to find your calorie target.
Weigh and log all of your food in MFP, and get as close to that target as possible.
Log exercise, only eat back half of the calories it gives you.
Be patient, loss is not linear and healthy loss takes time.
