Looking for friends/support

I'm looking for some friends who want to actively be involved instead of just liking things on my news feed.
About me - 20 years old, weighing in at 179 (just recently broke the 180 mark, so happy!!) I work in a bakery...I'm married with no kids. Trying to quit self medicating with food.
I like being actively involved with MFP friends so if you're into that too, add me! I need more accountability in my life

Congratulations on entering 170's! I'm also looking for active Friends so people feel free to add0

Yes, same here, please!
P.S. - I used to work in a bakery, too! Although looking at the stuff all day made me sick of it haha.0 -
I like to have some active accountability also. I did a Facebook beach body challenge group with some Facebook friends last summer and it made a huge difference in motivation for me. I'm 31 married with 3 kids. I'm currently using the 21 day fix to lose weight and get in shape. Are you working with anything specific or just watching what you eat? I honestly do not think I could stick to a decent diet and work in a bakery so you must have more willpower than I do0

Also to clarify. I'm not a Beachbody coach and won't be spamming anyone trying to sell workouts. Lol0

Hey! We're close in weight and I'm on here daily and could always use more accountability and motivating friends.0

Working in a bakery makes it difficult yes thankfully though the need to eat everything there isn't constant because I've been there a while and the cupcakes are less appealing.

Feel free to add me! I log onto MFP multiple times/day and have an open food diary. I have a small group of supportive friends here but I could always use more.0

I know the feeling. I used to work for a porn company over a decade ago, and I was out of my mind for a few weeks. Then one day I came to work and was so desensitized it took years to recover.0 -
You've got my support
What's your weaknesses?
Maybe we can start with getting rid of them out the house and grocery list?0 -
Add me if you want. I like to interact more than just liking everything as well see you in my FL0

Bread. Haha
I've done really good at keeping cruddy food out of my house. Started staying on the outer isles of the grocery store. We don't buy any processed food really.
I don't think my problem is junk food...because I don't eat it often.
It wasn't until I started weighing my food that I realized I was just really over eating.
I need to be more consistent with measuring
