Newbie here. In 2009-2010 I lost 100 lbs the old fashioned way of cutting calories & working out. But in the past 2-1/2 years have gained back 30 of those pounds! 
I am trying to change things up a bit and get a handle on my foods to see if I can lose those 30, again. I am turning 50 in September of this year and my body seems to want to do its own thing. So I will be using this tool to help whip my body and mind into shape again
