HELLO IM FROM HOUSTON BEEN ON THIS FITNESS JOURNEY FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS. I HAVE LOST 35 LBS SO FAR. IM TRYING TO LOSE 20 MORE LBS. I USED TO ONLY DO CARDIO(ZUMBA/MIXFITZ) BUT NOW I SEE A TRAINER & BOY HE KICKS MY *kitten*! HE DEMANDED I DOWNLOAD MFP SO HERE I AM!! I ONE OF THOSE STUBBORN PEOPLE WHO TRIES TO EAT FAIRLY CLEAN BUT I STILL EAT WHATEVER I WANT! SO LOSING WEIGHT I HAVEN'T BEEN DOING. I SLOWED DOWN ON MY CARDIO. BUT IM GETTING BACK TO IT! WELL THATS MY STORY. ~MICHELL
