6 Months on MFP/58 pounds lost!!

I started on January 1st at 278 pounds and my current weight is 220. I have struggled with weight gain/loss for years, with this website I can focus on my health and improve my fitness. Today, I adjusted my caloric intake to lose a .5 pound a week and plan to eat up to my daily calories. My goal weight is 218 which would place me in the healthy BMI range for my height of 6'6.5". Hopefully, I can lose the final 2 pounds before the 12th when I turn 55. Thank You MFP and my friends for their support in my journey.
