So, I feel like I do a lot of strength training (usually in classes) but I just dont feel like I am getting as much muscle and as lean as I would like to be. I've definitely noticed a difference but it has take so long to show and it's still jsut not enough. Any suggestions? Or any supplements you think could help this? I am not one of those people who comes from a family where they lift one weight and are built! haha Just wondering if there were any ways to speed that up
Thanks!

What's your exercise schedule like? What weight and reps are you using? Chances are, you just need to lift a bit heavier. You're body is showing that it's used to what you've been doing and needs a challenge. Feel free to msg me. I'd love to help.0
