Yoga--how to log?

Hi folks!

I've been doing yoga for the past month (4-5x week) and I'd like to log it. But I don't know how--it's not really cardio or weights, but it's challenging and I'm feeling so much better!
Thoughts?

It's listed under cardio, but it really depends on what kind of yoga you're practicing.

    I use this as a guide: http://www.yogaaccessories.com/Calorie-Count-Hatha-Vinyasa-and-Hot-Yoga_b_70.html

Yoga is listed in the cardio section but it's difficult to know how many calories it actually burns because there are so many different styles and intensities. If I'm doing an active flow session where I'm constantly moving and working up a sweat then I log it, but if it's a slower paced relaxing session then I don't log it, or log it as just 1 calorie burned if I want to keep the record.

I log it under cardio just so it's logged. I don't eat back the calories it says I burn.

Thanks! Yeah--I know it's not a big calorie burner, but it sure helps me feel better and stronger!

I don't log my yin yoga sessions. I'll wear my HRM for vinyasa and power yoga because that gets me working!
